Our intro class is great for beginners and all levels alike as we take you through the fundamentals of the method to get you familiarized with Pilates movement and lingo. This basic mat series is Power House-focused and will help you find and engage your core. We crank the heat to 95 degrees to add intensity for a full body workout. We encourage everyone to take this class first before moving forward.

The best of both worlds. This Yoga-Pilates fusion class focuses on mindful movement with a pilates influence. You will engage your core, mind, and spirit as you synch your breath to your vinyasa flows, and become more present in your body.
Master Class is an advanced level asana class that draws from the foundations of Yoga and Pilates. Be prepared for arm balances, inversions, and advanced transitions as we integrate proper alignment and strong flow into a one-hour high octane session in serious sass. All levels welcome; regular practitioners encouraged. The only pre-requisites: a love for abs, trying new things, and Beyonce, obviously.
Our signature one-hour hot class takes you through Joseph Pilates’ classic intermediate mat work. By combining the Pilates principles with heat this class covers it all – toning, cardio and killer abs. The twenty-two full-body exercises will leave you feeling long, lengthened and toned. Expect to work. Expect a tighter waistline. And expect to get hot.
The intermediate to advanced level class is a high-energy class using light weights, resistance bands and Pilates magic circles to further enhance and intensify the workout based on Joseph Pilates’ original standing series and advanced mat work. Expect a hot, rigorous hour that will challenge your strength, control and cardio. For optimal results we highly recommend familiarizing with Pilates 101 and Hot Pilates classes before Pilates Sculpt.
Ever admire the grace and bodies of dancers? This is your class. A full body workout at the barre where we infuse ballet fundamentals with Pilates principles. A warm 95 degree room helps to deepen the range of motion for added lengthening and cardio conditioning.
Powerhouse is an intense core strengthening class that is complete coordination of body, mind, and spirit. Focusing on the principles of Pilates: Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow. You will leave class feeling invigorated and connected.
